Abstract:

This short article is the journal of Chants parallèles’s creation in the Groupe de Recherches Musicales’ studio 54. The three work phases (from September 1974 to January 1975) include descriptions of a number of sound transformations, sonic discoveries and how Luciano Berio worked with his assistant.
