Abstract:

The spatialisation of acousmatic music requires a very close relationship between sound image, diffusion space and spatial movements of sound images. Different loudspeaker orchestras exist; the author presents three of them: the Acousmonium (INA-GRM), the Gmebaphone (GMEB) and Sound Cuppola (of Leo Küpper, Belgium).
