In the first part, the author analyses the relationships between performance, composers’ works, the listening experience, several electroacoustic instruments (Theremin, Ondes Martenot, syntheziser, electric guitar), electroacoustic devices, and controller interfaces. The second part explains opportunities offered by new electroacoustic instruments: musical context of the inventor, composers’, manufacturers’ and studios’ requirements, and the author’s musical experiences.
