Abstract:

To introduce his pedagogical discussion, the author presents the most important of Schaeffer’s theories on perception: reduced/acousmatic listening, sound object characterisation and the role of tape recorder. The main part of this paper contains a description of GRM’s music courses and pedagogical methods related to electroacoustic music learning.
