Abstract:

In this paper, the author reflects on the use of scientific knowledge when it is applied through a philosophical context and its relationship to the aesthetics of computer music. Of particular interest to the author are the sciences related to complexity - Chaos theory, fractals, neural nets and the Gaia hypothesis.
