In this final chapter of de la Motte’s volume, the author returns to aesthetics investigating various relationships between time and space that are pertinent to sound art ranging from performative actions to site specific events to installations. The author introduces some important areas of investigation including ho to deal with ephemeral artworks and seeking relationships between sound art and real life. In this way, the author completes the delineation of sound art that she commenced in the first chapter of this volume.
