Abstract:

After an introduction to his musical background, Kasper Toeplitz presents his work Kernel for three computers, a theremin, an electric bass, percussion and light. This work has two particularities: its duration (78 minutes) and the high intensity of certain parts. The composer explains his choices and his concept of sound.
