Abstract:

The author analyses Sud, an electroacoustic work by Jean-Claude Risset. This work, in three parts, plays with the ambiguity of sounds origins. The perception of the listener oscillates between natural and virtual soundscapes. The author presents a complete analysis of each part and details the different musical processes of the composer.
