Abstract:

Dream House is an installation by La Monte Young (sound frequencies) and Marian Zazeela (lights) extracted from Map of 49’s Dream the Two Systems of Eleven Sets of Galactic Intervals Ornamental Lightyears Tracery. The two artists also realised musical improvisations through this sound and light installation. This paper presents the work and public feedback.
