Elettra Complex. Mapping research centres and musical production in Italy

This paper presents a short overview of the economics which have supported the research and production activities in the field of electronic music since its beginning. The purpose is to analyze past and present situations so as to give an idea of the future possibilities of this important development path in contemporary music.
