Listening Experience

Abstract:

This article discusses the critical factors that influence the listener’s response to electroacoustic music, such as the mutation of several linguistic habits and sometimes the disappearance of a dialogue with the audience. This sometimes causes the reduction of the emotional and emphatic elements within the musical communication. The reason for this is that by using information technologies, formal and rational components of compositional practices have been stressed.
