The author presents the Hörspiel (radiophonic) works by Mauricio Kagel: Hörspiel, ein Aufnahmezustand, Guten Morgen, Hörspiel aus Werbespots, Soundtracks, ein Film-Hörspiel, Hörstuck and Die Umkehrung Amerikas. He analyses the relationships between music, words, sound effects and presents the role of the social aspect of each work.
