E- and I-instruments

Sound Production and Manipulation [SPM]  >  Electroacoustic Instruments  ]

These are two terms that have yet to find any consistent usage. For the purposes of this glossary, an e-instrument is an electronic one, be it digital or analogue, physical or software-based; an i-instrument is one used only on the internet.
